When Jessica & James asked me to photograph their family, I was so excited…their 3 kiddos are just little balls of joy and they are 2 of the best parents ever.  But this family photo shoot was extra special.  You see, it marked Jessica and James officially adopting Ashton, Avalyn and Doug.  It was a true celebration of everything that a family is made of: support, laughter, joy, and most of all…love.

To honor this occasion, we went to one of my favorite spots near Lake Hefner and took advantage of some beautiful Fall weather.  The kids were perfect little models…as their smiles are the kind that make the world a little brighter.  And when given the chance to cut loose and run around, their laughter filled the air.
